Whole Beef Package includes: Approximately 400lbs

• 40% Premium Ground Beef in 1 lb packages
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket etc.
• 25% Steaks: Rib Eyes, New York Strips, Filet Mignons etc.

Deposit: $3250, non-refundable. You will receive an invoice for the final payment ($3250) this fall.

How it works: Reserve with $3250, we select the healthiest animal, it will be expertly butchered, dry aged for three weeks (for added taste and tenderness) once we receive the final payment, the frozen meat will be shipped directly to you in up to 11 boxes.

Shipping: We ship out Mon-Wed to ensure the boxes don't get stuck in transit over the weekend. 

Requires approx. 16-19 cubic ft. of freezer space. Individually vacuum-sealed and labeled for your convenience.
