Half Beef Package includes approx. 200 pounds of Grass-fed Beef

• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket
• 25% Steaks: Rib Eyes, New York Strips, Filet Mignons etc.

Deposit: $1700, non-refundable. You will receive an invoice for the final payment ($1700) this fall.

How it works: Reserve with $1700, we select the healthiest animal, it will be expertly butchered, dry aged for three weeks (for added taste and tenderness) once we receive the final payment, the frozen meat will be shipped directly to you in up to 5 boxes.

Shipping: We ship out Mon-Wed to ensure the boxes don't get stuck in transit over the weekend. 

Requires approx. 10 cubic ft. of freezer space. Individually vacuum-sealed and labeled for your convenience.
